3D scanning laser Raman confocal microscope with spectrometer Nanofinder S (SOLAR TII, Belarus). We also improved this confocal microscope by adding the time-correlated single photon counting system (Picoquant, Germany);
home-made spectrometer for Stark spectroscopy (in test-mode);
AFM-microscope Ntegra Spectra Solar (NT-MDT, Russia);
